That is up to you — ring finger, index finger, middle finger, all work. What matters is a snug fit with continuous skin contact.

Only partially. A smart ring fits differently and you may wear it on a different finger. When in doubt, we recommend the SizeKit.
What is in the SizeKit?
Sizing rings in various sizes. Wear the fitting one for at least 24 hours before deciding.

Can I cancel?
Yes, you have the legal right of withdrawal. Upon cancellation, the entire order is refunded.
How long does delivery take?
The SizeKit ships immediately. The ring in your correct size arrives within 2-3 business days after you submit your size.
